A2 Media Studies

My name is Hannah Smith and I am an A2 student studying media at Abbotsfield and Swakeleys post 16 centre. I decided that as a way of documenting my coursework I would create a blog and have seperate pages for each section of work i.e primary research, secondary research, planning etc. I think that this is a clear and tidy way of laying out my work and believe it makes it clearer to identify each piece of work.

Marking Criteria

This is the level that I am working towards and what I hope to achieve when all the work from the A2 media year is over:
Level 4, 16-20 marks.
+Planning and research evidence will be complete and detailed.
+There is excellent research into similar products and a potential target audience.
+There is excellent organisation of actors, locations, costumes or props.
+There is excellent work on shotlists, layouts, drafting, scripting or storyboarding.
+There is an excellent level of care in the presentation of the research and planning.
+Time management is excellent.
